Sofia Schiltz
Sofia is a dedicated and certified speech-language pathologist with specializations in early intervention, receptive and expressive language therapy, articulation and phonology, as well as myofunctional therapy. She has a strong commitment to helping children communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs effectively, which inspired her to establish Happy Hearts. Sofia provides tailored therapeutic interventions and support, fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive in their communication skills. Her extensive training, combined with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children, enables her to create individualized treatment plans that empower young ones to express themselves with confidence and clarity.

Education
Sofia's educational journey began at UCLA, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Linguistics with a minor in French. This foundation in language, communication, and culture deepened her understanding of how language shapes our interactions and relationships. After completing her undergraduate studies, Sofia obtained a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Chapman University. This advanced education and training further fueled her commitment to supporting individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges, equipping her with the expertise to make a meaningful difference in their lives. ​​
